Easy running on a flat course out and back course on smooth sealed road surface. Walkers and Buggies are welcome to enter in the 5km Race.
AID STATIONS
The 5km event will be well supported with 1 aid station located along the courses. Aid stations will be at the approximate following km marks and will be stocked with water and electrolyte drink.
